have a customer who has a 5.5 million dollar house in australia, it is at 80% ltv , they do not want any cash out, they just want a good rate, and they are under the impression that american private institutions can lend lower than the 9% they are at right now, in part do to our weak american dollar in comparison to australia's, if any of you have an idea if this is doable or not let me know. they are full doc and can prove their income. They are basically trying to beat the system by getting their mortgage done in america, this is not somthing i have high hopes on being do able, but i have nothing to lose, can anyone do this loan??????????????????

| They might as well look for a unicorn, because they'll find one about as fast as they'll find 5.5 million from a US bank for a mortgage loan in Australia. |
