Is this still possible? I already tried with Wachovia.
Refi cash out (paying off credit card debt no cash to borrower)
70 ltv (80cltv)
730 fico
320k loan amount
borrower is self employed and this won't work full doc.
Any suggestions on who could do this loan?

If you can provide six months of business or personal bank statements to support income I probably can help you out.
