Finally a product that can be used for responsible investors or brokers to take advantage of the housing market. We have lines of credit for 250,000 , 500,000 and 1 million that are using our own guarantor and this is 100% guaranteed funding.

The product is a seasoned corp that can be bought as follows
250,000
500,000
1 million
The process is a 90 day process that within the first two weeks you get a business card that has 25-50K on top of the funding amount and then in 2 weeks the funding starts generally the increments are 125K to 175K for one million it takes about 4-7 lines of credit. The difference between this and all others is this is not personally guaranteed we use our personal guarantors and we guarantee funding 100% and have never had to use that. Our lawyers draw up the documents that is needed to transfer ownership over to the individual when the funding as ended. We were funding as of last month 100 million per month.
