| FHA most likely. You just need to find a lender who will consider your DTI. They may if the payment shock is significantly negative but it's hard to say. Plus you need a lender underwriting FHA files at your credit score. |

| most lenders that will do a manual underwrite below 580 are pretty strict on the ratios 43 is the max |
