I have a friend who is a doctor who wants to purchase 5 duplexes on one parcel.
I could refer him to a local bank, but I wanted to see if anyone has any good sources for this
loan
Sales price is $1.3 million. Mint 800 credit,Full Doc, $400k yrly personal income. He can put down whatever is necessary. With a loan amount of $1 million, the dscr is 1.23. This is an investment property. Whats the max ltv available? Rates? Looking for a direct lender only.
