Hi,
We are looking for an equity partner or a venture capitalist to finance an LED factory in China. Startup capital needed is $10 million USD. Total needed is $30 million USD. The land ($5 million USD) that the factory is to be built on is free and clear paid for by the other investment company. It can be used as collateral. 100% of the products to be manufactured at the factory are under contract to be acquired by the investment company that paid for the land.
