My name is Alex and I work for Loan Processing Center Inc./ Loss Mitigation Division, located in Irvine, Ca. We process Loss Mitigation files also known as Loan Modifications. We offer back-end processing for loan modification, which would essentially allow you to send us certain unique files for modification. Which is typically someone who is going through financial hardship or unable to refinance. The client will receive disclosures once the file is submitted and be ***igned a dedicated processor. From there we ***ume full liability as well as responsibility of the distressed homeowner. We have an in-house counsel of Attorneys, Paralegals, and Processors which work as a team to get the results your clients deserve. As the originator you will have access to an online tracking system which will give you the ability to view the progress of all your submitted files. A flat fee for your submissions is based on anticipated volume and you are free to charge an appropriate fee above your cost. You are paid once the file is submitted and payment is received. I am confident we would be a great tool and to any reputable mortgage company, lender or financial institution. Not to mention, the HUGE increase in revenue for your business.
