I have a borrower that owns their commercial building free and clear and is looking for a private money lender. Does anyone know of any commercial hard money lenders?
- CA property and its either a church or a private Christian school.. - LA less than 1 million - Stated/Stated Preferred - less than 50% ltv

As others have said, more information is needed but the fact that it may be a single purpose property (church/school) will limit your ability to obtain financing. Not saying it can't be done, just need to know much more about the property and borrower. Why hard money?
