| Just checking to see if there are any lenders that are doing SBA 7a with a 5 yr fixed rate and no quarterly adjustment. |

On the very rarest of occassions I can get one done on a fixed rate. Please give me a call or contact me and give me a little info and I will be able to tell you if this is one of those cases.
