Hello all,
I'm new to the BO and would like to introduce myself. My name is Sean McKimmey and we sell valuable data to those in the lending and real estate industries. We are currently building our web site.
We have short sale spreadsheets, presentations, contact lists and useful data that many folks don't know about (especially Realtors).
Our best seller has been our HUD-1 spreadsheet. Of course, it does all the math for you. We know it's not THAT big of a deal, but for $9.95 it sure can save time and help impress RE clients when you run out of paper copies! It is a neat simple tool that we have perfected.
We have Real Estate Agent contact lists for all cities and counties that are great loan originator marketing tools, as well. We continue to create new products that are actually usable and valuable for low prices.
I will have more info in the weeks to come and hopefully a working website for all to see.
