That's a preety hefty loan. Our two-time close can go to $750,000. I'm not sure if the 1.2 is cost or the actual loan amount.

Par with a 740+ credit score is Prime minus 1.5%

Not bad, huh? Anyway - 9 month build term and I believe 7 draws are paid for at closing.

Try Citimortgage. They are killing it @ 6% with 1 back and you have the option to convert to a perm loan after construction is complete! you can also try Security National in Utah

MandT will do that as well.
I also know Taylor Bean was doing construction, but I don't know if they are still in it.

What would be really amazing is if someone could hook me up with a Spec lender for Vanilla stuff!

CitiMortgage is your Vanilla lender for construction! Security National does construction too but no perm financing after and they dont pay rebate but they can fund in 2 weeks where as Citi take 30-45 days and they ahve a strict approval process for the builder
