Here’s the deal: I no longer do loans but I still get over a thousand people a day coming to my mortgage websites. This usually produces about 7 online submissions and 10 phone calls a day (most days I get between 10 and 20 total inquiries).
What I’m looking for is someone that wants to take all of my daily leads.
$10 for each internet lead and $5 for each phone call.
Here’s the catch: there are no filters. The reason I’m pricing it this inexpensively is because I don’t want to waste any time with it…at all…and that includes taking the time to separate leads by filters. My goal is to automatically forward the leads to your inbox (or give you access to a Leadmailbox account so you can track the leads) and forward the 800 number to you.
If you make it simple then I’ll make it cheap.
BTW, the actual quality of these leads blows away anything you'll buy online. Why? Because my websites are the actual sources of the leads. It makes all the difference in the world.
