I have a client that needs a SIVA on an investment property purchase. He is going to make offers on properties in the 150-200K range. sfr properties only.
Loan Amount 125,000-175,000 FICO Scores 756, 761, 773 SE for over 10 years $190,000. in cash
He would like to put as little down as possible. Also, how many properties would you finance. He might like to do a few(ie 2-3).

| You are probably going to run into problems everywhere due to the fact you are going SIVA on a N/O/O where the max is 4 properties including the primary residence. This guideline is putting a damper into investors buying mulitiple properties. |
