joseph, just call from a title list of adjustables that were made at 80%+ LTV. chances are, these borrowers still have poor credit could not obtain financing.

I use this with good success success07...

Hi my name is Success07 and I am calling in regard to your mortgage which is scheduled to adjust on Sept 1st, according to the research I've done, you will not be able to refinance and avoid the impending increase in your monthly payment, however you still have options, do you have a few minutes to discuss them?...

Or some variation there of to fit your style...

Good afternoon Mr. potential customer

My name is Ex-Broker and due to the general state of our economy, specifically the lending industry, I have been forced out of my job.

In a last ditch effort to make a quick buck I would like to help you do something that you COULD do completely on your own.

whaddya say?

LOL im guessing you dont know the whole process of a loan mod and what is needed to get done. Why do you think attorneys are involved ive heard of people get screwed again by there own lender and clients are still not happy. This is just another way to build your referral business these people will remember you.. They will never forget the person that saved them tons of money and saved there home!

Hi (Borrower's name) If you remember, back in '06 I charged you $10k to get into your loan. I have some good news for you. I'm only going to charge you $5k to get you out of that loan.

But in all seriousness, I would recomend mailing instead of cold calling. It's a way easier script:
"Hi, Tell me how I can help you"

People who are in danger of losing their home tend to respond more favorably to any type of cold campaign.

I work for a back-end processing company which handles the file from the point of submission to resolution. We offer our Affiliates everything from scripts to marketing to much more. If you feel like originating the files and processing them is getting to be a bit much...just give me a holler. I will go over what we do, how our process works and how our team will provide your clients with results they deserve while keeping you up to date the entire way.

Thanks,
Alex
