| I need a good commercial/hard money lender who will do this loan. The borrower is paying off all debt. His credit is shot. Not to many late payments just maxed out. His scor is a 512 and his wife is a 584. they have positive cash flow on the property. The loan amount is 470K and the propertry is worth 1.4m. PLEASE HELP ME |
