I need a 80% stated purchase with 740 fico. Issues... Borrower is a Real Estate Agent, Down payment is a gift and current residence will be a rental after purchase closes. If you know anyone that can do it would be a great help. Lenders please leave your phone or email for contact. Thanks!!
