Hello everyone,
Are there any hard money lenders out there that do deals in Indianapolis, IN? Most of the deal sizes will be less than 100k, but we have a pretty consistent stream of deals. Most of the time we are getting my client homes that are 50-70% below market value and I focus on people that are in a position to refinance in 3-4 months. Please let me know.
