| Borr has a 720 score, needs a rate/term refi. She needs to go SIVA or 12 mo bank stmts. We need a 90% LTV. ..Any suggestions??? |

Try CitiMortgage. you can get ratesheet and pricing at www.eMortgagePro.net.
Also, Wachovia retail can do it but you have to work out your broker fee seperately since they can not charge it on the HUD. |
