| Need a SIVA program for a 4 Unit, Second home in Waynesville, NC 28786. Would like 70% LTV, but can go 60%. Home value is $225,000 and the customer needs a loan of at least $135,000. Underwriting - 3-4 Days for a complete file
(Complete file = 1008/1003, copy of your credit, escrow, prelim, appraisal, initial disclosures …… please include income and assets documentation whenever possible )
Conditions - 1-2 Days!
Only upload or email conditions when ALL PTD’s can be satisfied. Emailed conditions need to be emailed to the correct UW team’s email NOT to individual UW’s.
(Conditions uploaded or emailed after noon will be counted as being received the following day)
