No, rates are not padded. Rates are directly from the lender. We do not change the rate sheet.
Also, we are not a charter. |

So if you are not a charter, how can I originate in all 50 states? |

For principle brokers, a copy of the broker license will need to be faxed to our home office in FL. Following the guidelines will allow you to use our existing licenses including FHA. Any lenders you work with that are not on our list can be added using a lender package. The founder of our company is always willing to answer questions you have on this unique opportunity he has created and a phone call can always be arranged.
If you are not a principle broker, there are other options available. |
