Lender Management Companies. Just like appraisal management companies. We all know how appraisers hate AMC's and how much AMC's cut into appraisers bottom line, just think what this will do to us.

I always try to use an IFA if possible. I'm not a big fan of companies cutting into my pay.

Considering Countrywide made over $44 million from Landsafe last year, I can see why they're considering this idea..
