My hard money investors are now lending out loans as high as 60, 65, and even at times to 70% of collateral property! You'll appreciate the fast turn around times that they have. I am an expert at putting together the package. All I need is your compliance with paperwork.
Other then Hard Money deals, if any of you guys are sick of not knowing where to place your crazy deals please, feel free to run all scenarios by me. I just networked up w/a bank that is doing business in all 50 states.
