Hi Guys:

Have an investor that has 8 properties he is looking to rate term refi. He is in hard money now and wants to go conventional on them.

They are all listed right now but will take off MLS so need one day off.

800+ fico Need SIVA - has LOTS of assets. Low LTV's on all of them.

HELP!! Any advise on a way to go here?
