This is driving me crazy. Georgia, 0x30. Wants cash out to pay off credit cards. 90% LTV and a 660 credit score. Lenders I have ran into want a 700 credit score. Any ideas of anyone who will take a sub-700 score? What about a rate/term refinance? The loan amount would be less than 800k, possibly less than 750k.

US bank will go to 90% down to a 650 score and only a .25 hit for loan amts btw 450-900K.
