Good Day,
have client w/free n clear office condo in Scottsdale, AZ. Need stated line of credit or an arm would be okay 3-5 yrs w/max 1 yr ppp as will be paid off in a yr or so for $360k 80% ltv. 644 mid score due to id theft in 03 & charge offs from that. Have police report etc for this. Mtg & credit card history are good.

I know Wells does these, is there anyone else that is faster has to fund this mo?
