| I'm looking for a handful of portfolio lenders to assist me with an investor client of mine. He currently has about 22 Real Estate loans on his credit and he owns many more properties free and clear. He wants to move forward with construction projects and purchasing more property. I need a lender who won't mess around and will be able to finance more properties. I'm willing to max the allowable loans with your company out too. i.e. First Horizon allows 3 properties financed with them...I'll do all 3, then find a new lender...reply if your company can help. |
