Have a client that wants to refi. three sfr,n/o/o properties.
Total value is $227,000, he owes $78,000 wants about 65% ltv for a loan of $147,550
He is self employed,has no scores, has some derogs on credit report that he wants to payoff with the refi.
Any lenders here that can do,?

Properties are in Battle Creek, MI
