| Has anyone heard of them? They used to be wholesale discount mortgage (or something to that effect). I was thinking of getting signed up since they say they pay 75% 1099 and can do FHA in 13 states but I am very cautious of new companies. Any feedback would be appreciated. |

I have not heard of them.
But that doesn't mean a thing. These companies spring up every night.

Marie,
I have never heard of them.
Also,it might be a good idea to speak with both tax
and compliance lawyers prior to obtaining employment
with any company that splits up income between 1099 and W2. |

Not sure it's the same company. Are they in North Miami Beach, FL? If so, we closed a commercial loan for one of their borrowers a couple months ago. They were very thorough in producing docs and easy to deal with.
