I have a few deals that are consistantly coming monthly that are all 1.5 million and up.
I need a lender that can get these done.
ficos are in the 740 plus, some full doc some stated. most have verifiable assets starting in the 700k plus range.
looking for 85% cltv on a purchase. These are not Refi's

| We go up to 80% but will allow a CLTV up to 90%. Assets dictate the program, we have alt doc using bank statements, need 12 months reserves, and Stated requires 40% of loan amount in reserves. Please email me for further information, all states but Alaska. |
