Can anyone tell me why the Broker Universe Newsletter still runs the Brian Sacks Success w Subprime column??????????
Is this some sort of industry joke that I don't know about, or is Broker Universe truly this clueless? What's next is he gonna have a booth at the FL Tradeshow next week trying to sell tickets to a seminar on subprime

Maybe he pre-paid for his column. Hoped he banked his millions. [Not at Indymac Bank, though.]
Actually, not. He was a poster boy for doing things wrong. |
