Just Kidding hahahahahhahahah

Wouldn't that suck for all of us loss mit guys?

I wonder how many cut and paste incomes will be denied.

Disclaimer: these are my professional opinions and should be taken with a grain of salt and a shot of tequilla. Best rate referrals (Kelly) keep my loss mit leads rolling in!!!!!

Joel,
I'm glad you are doing well with the campaign. If it wasn't for Raymond (and the crew) I couldn't have made this happen.
4506? Scary! As sad as it is, I am sure this is happening! We always have 3 criminals to every 1 "real deal!" I am not the monitor. I am here to send these homeowners to all that can REALLY HELP!

a SHOUT out to
Steve Donlin
Beau Barnhart
Chuck (chaz)
You guys are really making a difference!
Patrick is cool too (we just don't get along)

Do you prefer Best Rate mod leads over loan leads, seems we are doing well on the loan leads, but stay out of NV, and CA!

Every loan mod, short sale, forbearance, and reset we've done have always asked for past two years taxes, I think the reason why is they really want to find out what the client makes to make sure they can make the payment. What's the point of the mod if they can't make the lower payment.

I actually prefer the Loss Mit. leads because they are in a different frame of mind. The people from my loan leads are focused on refinancing and getting a 1.95% interest rate they've seen everywhere to save their home. Where the Loss mit leads are people looking for any avenue to make sure that they: stay in their home, keep their kids in the same school, and don't have to suffer the embarrasment of moving away from their friends and neighbors.

Don't forget that for every person that I help they know of someone else who is in a similar situation. (Referrals!!!) Do I believe that loan mods are my saving grace? NO. But they are making me money and will secure my future referrals with Realtors when this loan market turns around.

Captain,
You are correct. we can't help ALL homeowners. We can help quite a few of the ones that want to keep their homes.
Referrals are going to be the key to survival. All homeowners want is a real answer with real solutions. Good or bad perceived solution is a referral. If the homeowner doesn't understand the information you give them, unfortunately they shouldn't have owned a home at all. JMHO!

I believe loan mods are a large part of our forsee able future. We have all had clients call us that are in financial trouble with their homes. I believe we ALL need to be educated on this subject. This business has doubled daily for the last 9 months. Definitely a "service" that is very needed right now.

Or to make sure that they arent lowering the payment of someone that CAN afford their payment and just decide they dont like the ARM they got a few years ago.

Thank god you're just kidding, that would be a nightmare. A loan modification is a great alternative to foreclosure and also does not effect credit--which is another advantage. LoanMod.com (aka Mizna) helped me complete a loan mod with my current lender. Of all the companies I researched to help me avoid foreclosure, loanmod.com was the most credible and even has a feature in this month's issue of Forbes:

http://www.forbes.com/entrepreneurs/forbes/2008/0721/058.html

Two tips I would give other struggling homeowners looking to modify their loan is that (1) non-profits are hopeless and you get what you pay for, and (2) if a loan modification company does not have a mailing address on their website, then forget about it. There are so many scams going on out there that borrowers should be vigilant and not trust every company that claims to do loan mods. You want to make sure you’re working with real people who care. The folks at Mizna definitely care about homeowners and they did wonders for me. Check them out at http://www.loanmod.com

I hope this helps!
