Client has a 742 Fico Purchase Price is 1.8 Million 75Ltv or less if needed Stated Income Owner Occ Whats the best pricing? CLient supposedly got from JP morgan quotes @ 6.5-6.75 with 20 percent down....Impossible? Thanks in advance...

Can do the loan up to 75%LTV, but rate expectations are unreasonable.
Pricing will be closer to 8.5% with a buydown
