I have a client who would like to purchase the infamous cookie makers home of Mrs. Fields in Utah.
Sales Price- $8,900,000
Down Pymt- $2,225,000
Loan amt.- $6,675,000
she is a ceo of a firm earning $320,000 a month. Need to close this loan asap...
Please let me know if you can help!

| need at least 680 score, going full doc, with 12 months reserves, should be ok, please write me for details but it will take at least 3-4 weeks to close. Can also do SIVA with 720 score and additional reserves. |
