checking to see if there are subprime lenders willing to do this type of loan:

New Jersey / SFR / 50% LTV
2nd Home (Free and Clear)
Loan amount: $250k or more
606 Fico
Stated income w/ 12 month bank statements
Goal: cash out/debt consolidation

any help would be appreciated. if nothing can be done via subrime lender, i will go w/ the original plan of going thru hard money. thanks..
