Opportunity: An investment in a mortgage company who has been in business 11 yrs and developed a strong brand name in St. Louis, Kansas City, and Denver ( total of 4 branches). Company was profitable until March of this year, and they are already FHA approved. Each branch receives about 500 incoming calls per month, all leads come from radio advertisement, and 20k past customers.
