| You could buy the membership and find out. I believe there is a 30 day money back guarantee. I bought it a while back looking for something specific and their database had the program, but when I contacted the lenders it was no longer available. I put off calling to cancel and finally did after about 45 days (keep in mind the guarantee is 30). They seems incredibly concerned over the error and told me it would be fixed immediately. In the next breath she offered to refund my money before I even asked. They have great customer service, but I didn't see the value in it myself. You really have nothing to lose if you give it a shot as they really do stand behind the guarantee (and then some). |

Rick, are you saying you got a fax from Lenderlab that says they have lenders who will handle those following programs? I would be curious to know as well, sounds like some great offerings! |

Yes, I am sure that's what he is saying... I got the same fax today about 2:30.
