| I have an investor with over 400 properties who would like to take cash out on about 30 of them. Anybody have a lender in mind? |

| HSBC has great programs and pricing if the LTV is right even if you have to go stated...just be prepared to provide all schedules of the tax returns and you should be fine...they are actually running a special right now on < 60 % LTV and > 700 FICO's...good luck!!! |
