| Customer has two CML bldgs and is looking for a 2nd lien against both bldgs. New request of $200k. Current leases cover new debt as well as existing debt on bldgs. FICO scores are excellent. Cash flow of company is excellent. Been in business since 97'. Customer just wants to recoup rehab costs so as to not short existing cash flows. Additional CML 6 acres free and clear and available for collateral too. This deal would give investor 2 seconds and a 1st. Just with 2nds CLTV 75%. Looking for outside the box thinking. |
