Where can I find old FHA lending limits...

so I know the break point for jumbo?
I'm specifically interested in NC and FL.

$362,790 is the FHA maximum loan amount, anything oer $362,790 and you are in FHA Jumbo territory which has increased interest rates, anything over $417k and you have overlay guidelines (2 appraisals if in declining market, max cash out is 85% LTV, etc.)... it's the same everywhere.

The previous limit should come up vs. the new limit in the county you select.
