The scenario is : 1st at 225k
2nd at 98k
3rd 900 k SBA loan cross collateralized
4th at 98k

He needs 50k cash out, the SBA loan is willing to step out of the way in order to complete loan, he said this is what they told him. He owes 421 on his property and and it is worth from 820 to 830 and a 600 fico. Is there any lender who will lend this borrower with a position behinfd the SBA loan, please e-mail hyhy78@yahoo.com
