If you have been seriously looking at loss mitigation & loan modification as a way to make some money, it is time. I know you have been studying all of the posts here. I post a ton of stuff on Loan Mods. Read about how we think a loan mod experience should be for the homeowner.

LoanSafe Solutions is looking for 8 good men and women to join this 2nd expansion. If you reside in the Inland Empire and want to have some fun truly helping people, email me now. Last class filled in 1 day. This is a full time, 8 hours in the office opportunity to change some lives. Really.

I don't need a resume. Just tell me:

  • How many years in the mortgage biz, and currently doing what?

  • Why you want to be in this business instead of what you are currently doing

  • Why you are choosing LoanSafe over any other place to work in Loan Modifications

Your Letters will be confidential, of course.

Here is why you want to call us:

  • We put the Mission before the Commission-Always.

  • #1 Website on the planet for loan modifications, loan workouts, predatory lending

  • Profiled in NY Times, LA Times, Chicago Sun Times, OC Register, Press Enterprise, Reuters, Newsweek, CBS News, KCal News

  • 200+ inbound calls a day

  • We do it legit. Period.

Generally speaking, they hurt the sellers credit.

However, there are some very effective tactics that can be employed to really minimize the impact to the sellers credit. That is a whole other conversation.

It is a very nice problem to have. But here is the interesting part...

The only calls I get are from brokers wanting to get affiliate packages. My sales staff sent out 35 packages since Monday. Last week sent out 53 affiliate agreements.

1 of these guys signed up to have us do the back end processing for their LO's who are originating mods up in NoCal.

I'm telling you this right now, if the boots on the ground don't suit up & show up and get aligned with a auditing & processing firm, they are getting left in the dust every day by a broker who makes the decision to get aligned.
