| I just received an email from Ameridream that HUD is threatening again to get rid of DPAs. Here we go again. I know that some of you do not like them. But for those that like them, please join in the fight against HUD...again. The link for comments to HUD is on Ameridream's site. |

Ban them or not. Most of the lenders that I work with are refusing to deal with any that are not government (city, county, state & etc). Anything like Neimiah they just flat deny the loan. So in some ways it may be like using a water pistol in a windstorm. |

This is old news, and big deal. It will be out for discussion for 60 days then Ameridream or Nehamiah will take them to court again and win. And if they do not win it might take affect a year from now.
I use DPA's all the time with FHA and have not had alender turn down a file becuase of a DPA, matbe you should get some good lenders to work with. |

I use DPA's all the time and have never had a file denied because of that.
