Hey Everyone. Just wanted to post a new topic about a new offer I am running. For every qualified referral I am giving out a $25 gas gift card. On top of that, every customer I receive from you I will put on a referral based system in place for you. It is a proven method that I will be more than happy to discuss with any of you that are interested. It will bring business through the roof for yourself. Hey Todd- any chance you handle anything in WI?
BTW- you're going to get blaseted by the wannabe BO police on here telling you to "take this to the announcement section"...but honestly, Good to do it here as this is primarily where all the brokers will read it! Good to see some ins. agents showing a little initiative. |

| Unfortunately I am not able to WI. Well I understand how frustrating dealing with some insurance companies can be as I was in the mortgage business for over five years prior to becoming an agent. Simply trying to deal with the borrowers insurance company to update the dwelling and mortgage-e as easy as it is, always seemed to be a nightmare. I guarantee my policies over within an hour of being sent to me with the the needed information. On top of that, I like to give back as I know it has to be a 2 way street. I know the brokers want something in return. So on top of the gas card I have a referral system set up to keep those clients with you and have you be the 1st person they think when a friend or family member needs a mortgage. This is a service I provide for free as a way to give back for sending me business. Since I can't bring donuts and lunch to everyones office and meet them face to face, I figure more business will be an awesome substitute. |

Can Farmers Insurance agents do loans as well? I know State Farm agents do. |

| No. Basically we cover all 22 lines of insurance along with financial products such as mutual funds, TSA's, etc. But we don't do mortgage loans. |
