If anyone knows of a lender still in business that can do this loan please let me know.

95% Purchase,190,000 loan amnt, Full Doc, 553 mid, NV, 29% DTI, 1X60 auto on 01/07, BK in April of 2002.

I agree.

We have had several files fall off because of lates after BK with FHA.
