130k purchase price, Buyer looking to put 20% down and potentially finance some repairs to obtain a CO. 2 unit investment property in NJ. 775 Fico, Full doc, good reserves.
If anyone can do this loan, I will refer the client to you, just treat him right.

| I believe that the Fannie Mae project for 2 units is only for Owner Oc. I can do NOO at 80% with your scenario but the property description I have is only 1 unit. |
