Loans for Police Officers, Firemen, Nurses, etc..

I was wondering if anyone was aware of special loan programs that might be out there that will allow Officers, Firemen, Registered Nurses and other positions similar to get high DTI loans across or higher LTVs.

In NM we have a mortgage finance authority. They do these loans. I believe California has a Housing Finance Authority that is similar.
