This one seems tricky, any idea as to what bank may take this?
Oregon, SFR, 175k Loan, 54% LTV, SIVA, cashout (property is free and clear), non owner, 667 mid

I am a direct lender with hard money if he wants to cash out on this. Conventional is just so impossible right now stated cash out.
