PA
House value $230k
1st mort balance $184k
1 house, 1 deed, 2 parcels

| M&I is the only lender I know of that will still go up to 100% on a 1st or 2nd... Tough qualifying though. Borrower needs 3,000-4,000 per month in disposable income (depending on the DTI). Hope that helps!! |
