5- WHEN CLOSING LOANS IN STATES THAT REQUIRES A LOAN ORIGINATOR LICENSE WE WILL SPONSOR THE BROKER TO GET THAT LICENSE OR USE OUR LO LICENSE FOR A ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR FLAT FEE.
6-YOU WILL GET A CREDIT CARD GENERATED FICA ACCOUNT FROM SETTLEMENTONE.COM, WE USE DATAVERIFY SOFTWARE THE SAME SOFTWARE THE BANKS USE(with 4506 included) BEFORE THE LOAN GOES TO THE UNDERWRITERS TO STOP ANY FRAUD.
We pay loans on the 15th and the 30th of each month As long as the loan is in our office with the check and closed And in the correct stacking order and complete (compliant) by The 10th or the 25th of the month and it will be paid out on the 15th for the loan in our office by the 10th and the 30th for the Loan in our office by the 25th of the month.
