SAN is a "subscription account number". Anyone engaged in telemarketing must have one. (including those of you that outsource to others)The FTC allows you to register 5 area codes free of charge. Basically, you are agreeing to follow all the Telephone Sales rules as established by the FTC.

There is no national DNC for business. Some states have laws that prohibit you from recalling a business if they ask to not be called again. (Only two that I'm aware of)
Fax Broadcasting is illegal, albeit still done regularly. l have no problems getting you fax numbers if you desire. Others have received these free of charge on this string and I will do the same for you |

Can you please shed some light on the type of credit data you offer along w/ pricing. I'm looking to purchase Debt Leads w/ a minumum debt load of $15K, interest rates > 15% & an active phone #. Just looking for some Basic Data w/ not too many filters. I would be interested in the 500 FREE Samples and then purchasing a larger quantity for a predictive dialer depending on the quality.

To others, sorry for the late responses. Although this is a free offer, it takes just as long to prepare a list for 500 as it does for hundreds of thousands. I take great pride in my work, and treat each list created as if you were paying me full price. I have to pay usage fees, and verify SAN account. In most cases, I have also given full records to all those that responded, not just a list of phones and addresses.
